When having a blog of a single and really focused niche, it can be convenient to set WordPress posts to be grouped under a default predefined category so that new posts created are automatically added to that category.
To do this :
Access WordPress dashboard and select Settings > Writing.
There change the “default post category” to any predefined one as per choice. Click “Save Changes” at bottom of the page for the new changes to take place.
